@jebsbubba hi, unfortunately poshmark doesn't allow returns for fit. but, I'm happy to provide measurements. the waist is elastic so there's some leeway there. it's very long so may need to be hemmed depending on your height/heel preference

@kelseycharlotte hi, lying flat, the elasticized waist is approximately 13.5" unstretched and can easily stretch to 15" (perhaps more); the hip also lying flat is approximately 21". It's intended to drape and please note the length in the description.. Thanks for your interest
