Handmade Presentation Ball Dress, vintage 1995

Handmade Assembly Presentation Ball Gown, made 1995 in Los Angeles, could also be used as a wedding dress. Worn one time! Plenty of second life left in this, could be shorted for a cute prom dress. Lots of options. Classic empire waist cut! No size due to being handmade but was probably size 16-18, Measurements are in pics. Needs dry cleaning. Has been dry cleaned once. In good used, almost 30 yrs old, vintage condition. All zippers present and in working order. No obvious damage, other than shown in picture. No obvious snags, tears, rips, or holes.
