Bebe Bandage fringe dress small

I removed 2 decorative straps that is what the thread is on the straps. Please see the last pic so you know what I am talking about. I never ended up wearing this so the tags are still on but since I removed those straps I put used and priced lower. It’s really gorgeous and should be taken out to party. Non smoking home
