This dress is amazing and vibrant. It features a flattering elastic waist, full length buttons, red tassel waist tie, cap sleeves, and a hem ruffle. This would catch the eye of any passerby! Removed the label for comfort, but never ended up wearing! Size small, though it’s semi loose fitting and the waist is elastic, so the sizing is more flexible.
