Hi! Is the posted 30" length measured from the inseam, or from the top of the pants (i.e., from the waist down)? Also wondering if the material is a heavy-ish polyester, or thin? I have several of this brand lounge pants, and one style is kind of thin, while the other is a heavier/plushier type style. Thank you!
