Great vintage hat - fits close to the head with open meshwork across the top and velvet/felt leaves and floral trim on the sides. Very cute as is, or you could add a small black veil that comes down over your eyes to make it even flirtier. Condition is good but it does show a little wear, which is normal for vintage pieces. I have several 1940's items listed - check out my closet!
