One side is a black "swish" material and the other is a sherpa cream lining. Both have pockets, so no matter which side you want to wear it as you'll have them. Fold over neckline and a full zipper. Very soft and comfortable. No tag, brand and actual size unknown, but based on how it fits, I would categorize it as a medium (4/6).
