@1poshmarkuser hello. Did Poshmark send the money back to you? I’m not able to even access my account and I have contacted customer service and I have not heard on thing. I can’t get them to send me a link to try to reset my password. Let me know and I will continue to try to get help from them. I cannot get to the payment or to any of my listings right now

I am so glad to hear from you because I have sent several unanswered messages. Please assure me that your check will be mailed ASAP for my receipt by 2/9 because I plan to report this situation to the BBB. I have needed to send excessive messages to you and Poshmark without any satisfactory assurance of my refund. In addition, I needed to assume the $12. shipping to return the dress to you. In addition to the fit, I don't believe it was new because there was a perfume fragrance .

I expect that the refund needs to come from you because you now have the returned dress and the funds from Poshmark. Please note that I expect the full $224.19 refund ($200 cost of item, $7.97 shipping, $16.22 tax). I am awaiting my submission of my review of your site until I have received the full refund, and I will be as tactful as possible despite my deep dissatisfaction with this situation. You assured me that the dress could be returned when I was deciding to proceed with the purchase.

@1poshmarkuser I still have not heard from Poshmark Customer Service. I will return your payment but since I can’t access my PM account I can’t get access to the money. If I don’t hear from them this week I’ll have to just pay it from my own money. I don’t understand why they don’t respond. I will see what happens this week

I request that you mail the $224.19 check to me now because I am standing firm on the 2/9 deadline. If the check is not received by that date or if Poshmark hasn't refunded the $224.19 to my credit card, I am filing a complaint against Poshmark (in which I will unfortunately need to mention the seller). I am simply tired of these back and forth messages. No one seems to be concerned that I don't have the item (and you do), I paid for the item weeks ago, and I have spent way too much time.

The complaint I mentioned in my previous message will be filed with the Better Business Bureau, and it certainly won't be the first filed against Poshmark and its sellers.

Poshmark informed me today that they will not make the refund. Please advise me ASAP of your plan to make the reimbursement. You already have my mailing address, so please assure me as soon as possible of when the check is in the mail because my area has been experiencing problems with the interception of mail. I will complete the survey about this issue once your check has cleared.

Although it's not my problem that Poshmark is not responding to you, I requested in the email they sent to me that they contact you. However, you are responsible for refunding the item that is now in your possession. I am so disappointed in Poshmark but I trust that you will make good on your commitment that you made when i was deciding whether or not to make the purchase. I even have the screen print of your response. Please respond about when you place the check in the mail ASAP.

Furthermore, it does not seem fair that the item was listed NWOT but it appears to be used, and Poshmark's policy allows for returns for items that are not correctly listed.

Please assure me the check is in the mail as soon as you can, since I am filing a complaint against Poshmark, and I want to exclude you from the claim as soon as I have received the check and it has cleared. Poshmark had the nerve to offer me a $10. credit for a future purchase but I will never, ever support that site again.
