This dress is so darn adorable! It has a ruffled edge around the collar, matched by flutter capped sleeves. It’s a lightweight cotton, unlined, made of navy blue cotton fabric with micro white polkadots. There is a tiny bow at the chest, accommodated by the sweetest white cherry snaps. They are quite delicate and need a re-stitch. There is one large pocket on the right hand side front, as well as red, white and yellow floral appliqués on the front. So lovely!
