Antique Leigh Ware "Astoria" pattern on an "Ultra"-shaped casserole dish, "umbertone" body, trimmed in gold. The shape is attributed to Gale Turnbull, who was Leigh's Art Director in 1929 through the early 1930s. This beautiful casserole dish has no chips or cracks, unbelievably. There are slight scratches on the gold and crazing throughout the piece due to its age. Very cool Art Deco piece!
