Great Boots! I thought they would fit, but they don't

Reposhing this item I purchased from @virant. I bought them thinking they would fit, but they are too tight on my calves! I haven't worn then in the two years I've owned them. Still in excellent condition. Make me an offer, I don't want these to sit around.
