EUC VTG L LOURIOUX SET OF 5 PORCELAIN PIECES

EUC VTG A fabulous 5 piece set from Louis Lourioux made in France. The set includes 4 covered pots de creme and a tray. Each double handled covered pot has a gold trimmed finial and stands 3.5" high and a diameter of 2.5" at the widest point. The tray is 8.5" in diameter. The pieces are backgrounded in off white with beautiful wildflower sprays and they are made of porcelain and trimmed in gold. Pots de creme are used for a custard dessert but they could easily be repurposed for any dessert, coffee, tea. Louis Lourioux was born in 1894 in France and was an artist whose contemporaries were great artists such as Lalique and Galle. I believe these pieces are from the early 1990's and are a beautiful set which are becoming more difficult to find. Thanks for looking!
