Silk/rayon velvet duster by Shihreen in brown with orange embroidery. The sizing appears to be Asian, as the tag says large but it fits more like a small to medium. Go by the measurements, not the tag. I've never heard of this brand, but I'm impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail in this garment. When a button lands over the embroidery, they altered the button to match! (see photo) Fabric tag is hard to photograph, but it says the velvet is silk/rayon and the lining is polyester.
