Decorative Horse Plate Silver Trim

There are many like it that you may find of this very horse, made by multiple brands. However this one is different because the Trim is Silver and not Gold like all the others I saw. Not sure of the Brand not distinguishable markings. The Silver isn't in the best shape but the rest of the plate looks beautiful.(see pictures for condition)
