is it typical for these not to have frye logo on bottom of sole? I thought they always had to have the logo.
botablu
@lisaberry100 No, actually the majority of vintage Frye’s—depending on when and where they were produced—do not have a logo on the soles. If you look at most all our vintage Frye’s—they do not have a logo on the sole. Be interested to know where you obtained that info though.

@botablu oh just from a website on how to differentiate real from fake Frye boots. I’m always trying to learn. Thank you for the information!

@botablu the website I looked at must have been talking about only new Frye boots Thank you again. Your store is incredible--so many gorgeous boots.

@lisaberry100 You’re very welcome. Yeah, unfortunately there’s a lot of bad info out there—including on some of those sites/articles.

@lisaberry100 Thanks so much! 🙏🏻 Ah, yes, the more modern Frye’s do typically have a logo on the sole—and some of the vintage ones from the 80’s or so. It really depends on many factors.
