Length is original, if you want it shorter you can just cut it off with scissors since it is raw hem. It is sized one size fits all but I beg to differ. If you have big hips plus big upper body, this dress may not fit you since the waist is not that stretchy and you won't be able to pull it on. You could probably have a seamstress add a zipper, otherwise maximum fit is up to size 4.
