Vintage 70s 80s black high neck blouse. Can be worn buttoned all the way up or open. Fabric is a polyester that feels satin like. Cuffs are gathered on the sleeves. Stitching details on cuffs and collar have subtle color of pink, blue, and gold but looks white for afar. Buttons are fabric covered with two extra buttons attached to inside seam.
