Sterling silver. Not sure what the stones are. I thought they were raw diamonds but I really dont know. They kind of look like old cut diamonds to me. Very unique. I bought it in Key West FL. Looks like a corset to me. Size 6 on the mandrel but fits more like a 5.5-5.75.
