alazzi20 @jackiehall88 hi Jackie- the correct measurement is 16.75”. Again it is a stretchy Jersey knit material, which is it might seem smaller than most size L Vince clothes. I don’t own any Vince (this was a birthday present) so I’m not too familiar with their sizing. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions :)
