Vintage 70s/80s sheer Sparkly green floral v-neck blouse shirt

For some reason the pictures make this blouse look bigger than it is. It is tagged a size medium but it is actually fairly small. Please check measurements! It is vintage from the 70s or possibly early 80s. The material has some shimmery thread throughout. Material is sheer. Brand is California Connection Inc. Material is 80% Poly and 20% Metallic. Machine washable. There are a couple of spots that have some minor pulls in the nylon. Please see last photo for example. There is one in front near the bottom you can zoom in to the main pic to see. Measurements while shirt is buttoned and laying flat -Across chest 19" -Across waist 17.5" -Across shoulders seam to seam 15" -Sleeve opening measured across at the cuff while buttoned 3.5" (it is tiny! although you could always just leave it unbuttoned) -Length from top of shoulder near neck 23.5"
