Marsha’s Vineyard Vintage Floral Cottage Core Dress With Belt. Late 1970s/Early 1980s Timeless, Prairie Style Boho Back zipper, fully lined, back bow tie. Off-white/cream color with pale flowers and birds. Serious Daisy Jones vibes. One owner, from my personal collection. I wore this to stand up in a wedding and has been stored in a smoke-free home for 40 years. I hand-washed this before listing. It is soft, not brittle. Lightweight. I see a couple of small red stains on the slip (not the exterior dress) and a few loose threads. Because I am not an expert in vintage clothing, I’ve photographed them, but not tried to treat them. I suspect they are minor and can be treated by someone more experienced than I am. The elastic in the sleeves is brittle and needs to be replaced. This dress is in excellent condition for a vintage item. Materials: No tag, but it feels cotton-y. Not as still as linen. Soft, lightweight. Somewhat sheer. No size marked. I am guessing it is similar to a vintage size 5. Measurements are: waist 13” across, flat. Length shoulder to hem 44”; sleeve length 18”. Zipper length 9” Will be packed carefully.
