Mini Skirt Cottage Floral-XS/S

No tags. Gently used lightweight mini skirt with elastic waist, pearly front buttons and attached waist sash. Buttons are beautiful but do show a bit of wear (see pics). No size label but I guess-timate an XS/S so please see measurements. Measures 12" across waist (but is stretchy) and length is 15.25". Black with small floral pattern.
