The dress features sequins details and beaded designs. The dresses are new with tags with flaws: The flaws are that there are a few missing sequins and beads that are pictured. The Size XL does not have any tags and the measurements are 17" armpit to armpit in 18" at the waist and 34" long. The XS has tags and measures 13" at the bust and 12" at the waist and it is 34" long.
