24 small “stay dry” cloth inserts, 18 medium “stay dry” inserts, 12 adjustable shells, 4 dry bags (one travel sized), and free fleece liners and a pack of Charlie Banana bamboo liners with bundle. Best for sizes 2 thru potty training. You can increase and decrease the shell sizes with the snaps. One shell has Velcro adjustment.
