Jan & Carlos Italian Skirt

Rare, Fantastic Vintage (20 yrs. old) Skirt from the sadly now-defunct fashion house with an edge, designer duo Jan & Carlos. Italian Size 44/US Medium. (Clipped to fit my Size 2 mannequin.) Stretchy waistband. Waist measures 13.5”, and the length varies from 32” to 35” depending on the varying lengths of the fabric “panels” or strips. No Flaws. Shown in last two photos are a similar design from the Jan & Carlos ‘02/‘03 Fall-Winter Runway Collection. EUC, No Flaws. Price Firm (but I do offer a bundle discount).
