Original box
Ballou Sterling with star is engraved on back of bib clips. Sterling Silver tags are in box
I tried to polish it with cloth did not show much difference (?)
Never worn, never taken out of the box
Quite a vintage find if you’re expecting a baby/grandbaby whose name is ‘David’

Is the name deeply engraved into this? Or would I be able to grind it off with a stone grinder without making it too thin?
