Used and in excellent condition but missing belt. Textured fabric in mostly black, some gray and white shading. No stretch. It's the absolute perfect interview dress. Pictured with ruler, lain flat for chest, waist, and length of skirt from belt loops to hem. Kept in a non-smoking, pet friendly house.
