NWOT Kontrol Contemporary blouse silky soft feel peplum hem keyhole back

Kontrol Contemporary blouse with smocking at the waist and the three-quarter sleeve cuff. Has 3/4 sleeves with cute peplum cuffs caused by soft smocking above cuff. The waist is smocked as well with a small ruffle at hem. Buttery soft feel. New, never worn but no tags. The material is super soft and has a slight crêpe paper texture to it. This blouse would look really cute with high waisted black skirt, or some hot pink capris to accent the fuchsia flowers. Could look cute with a pair of shorts as well.
