New without tags, never wore, just tried on. Half sleeve, maxi, lots of stretch. True wrap, has elastic at the sleeves. I'm 5'4" and it hits the floor on me.
93% polyester / 7% spandex
Measurements are approximate and are taken at the smallest, unstretched areas, laying flat. It's a wrap dress, so there is a lot of wiggle room to tie tighter or more lose, and the fabric has LOTS of stretch.

@shooshiq Hi! I added the size chart from the modcloth website to the last image, and added the measurements to the listing. It's a little difficult to exactly say the measurements because it is a wrap dress, which gives it a lot of wiggle room. The fabric is also VERY stretchy. I hope this helps!!
