VGUC Seymour Mann 12" Collectible Doll

From the Connoisseur Doll Collection, this doll has been kept in a glass front cabinet. Doll is 12" high and comes with dress, shoes, hat, and stand. No box, no certificate, or other identifying items other than logo on back. Very nice condition and has rooted eyelashes, nicely styled hair. I am not a doll person, so I can not answer any provenance type questions and my mom can't remember.
