Vintage ILGWU Green Pencil Skirt VGUC

Possibly Military uniform, well made of thicker woven fabric with a bit of stretch - knee length - right side zip with button at waist - higher waisted - possibly wool blend - more recently hemmed (2000s) but not shortened - great olive color, neutral and so wearable - please see photos for measurements - no flaws noted on this pre-loved item - comes from a home free of smoke and pets
