most people would probably wear this for Halloween but I'd say you could use it for pajamas too if you're into that sort of thing. I don't see any damage to it and the zipper works just fine. 60 inches from the shoulder to the bottom cuff 29 in across the bust and same across the hips / pocket area yeah, it has pockets 😎
