the size tag says 10, but it's more like a S. the waist is approx 24" without stretching (there is stretch). the hook and eye closure is still intact as well as the zipper. it has an adorable lace detail at the Hem and has the underneath lining still intact (meant to make your skirt or dress look more full). the length is 41". it's white (a small bit age faded, but really not bad considering). ga7490cvvg022223 t5
