natlock I really love this watch as well. Are you able to get the battery compartment open? I bought another Kate Spade watch on here 3 years ago and have never been able to use it as it needs a new battery but the back won’t come off so the old one cannot be replaced.

patbklyn24 @natlock Thank you! I used to change my watch batteries, but wound up scratching the back casing, so now I take all my watches to the jeweler to replace the battery. I will not attempt to change another watch battery as I have learned my lesson! Try taking your watch to a jeweler & maybe you'll have success with it! Regards, Pat
