tinybugbear Hi. Would you say these are very stretchy and soft, or a bit stiffer fabric with a bit less stretch? I notice that Mother jeans vary. And you mentioned needing a smaller size--maybe you can comment on your normal size so I can compare? Thanks.

lizzieseven @tinybugbear Hi, these ones I have for sale are really comfortable and soft, sort of stretchy— typical of Mother jeans with 94% cotton. They would be the jeans you’d pick if you wanted to be comfortable all day, had a 6 hour flight ahead of you, or were going to eat Thanksgiving dinner& didn’t want to have to unbutton the top button of your jeans after eating😊. I actually really love the stretchy Mother jeans because despite the high comfort level, they still look like all cotton jeans

lizzieseven @tinybugbear Part 2 of answer Alternatively, the Mother jeans with 98% cotton (and only 2% stretch), called “Mother Superior“ are the ones that are stiffer, with less give (generally more %cotton = less stretch). These need to be broken in over time and sometimes feel a little tight at first.

lizzieseven @tinybugbear part 3 of answer In regard to my size, I take a 29 in Mother jeans, a 28 in Rag & bone, and a 29 in AMO. I’m usually a size 6 to 8 in jeans/ pants/ skirts. Hope this helps!

lizzieseven @shelleyedwar807 I would say these run TTS, because I normally wear a size 29 in Mother jeans across all styles— these are definitely one size too large for me. Specifically which brand jeans are you referring to when you say you wear a size 28 or 29? If you can tell me that, I could probably be of more help.
