Vintage 1960s 1970s bright floral dress L

pit to pit is 19", waist is 19" across, hip is approx 22" across and length is 37". it looks very cute belted. there is no size tag, and I assume it was handmade. it is approximately a size large. the colors are very vibrant and I would say overall the condition is excellent.
