Puzzle is pre-owned - all pieces are there (counted to make sure) There is wear on the inside of lid on all 4 sides that corresponds with wear on all 4 sides of the outer bottom box (see photos). This may have been from opening the box when new (?) This was part of an estate lot so am assuming thats what its from. Puzzle itself looks and smells new.
