@recoma1992 I am so sorry I didn’t see the notification for your first message. The measurements from shoulder to shoulder is 16.5 inches but it stretches to 20 inches it’s made of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It is not tight but it is snug, but not too snug. It’s actually extremely comfortable and fits perfectly
