Torrid, Navy with white polka dots, halter style sundress. Mid length dress (below knees), with an adjustable chest strap (see 2nd pic). Strap pulls out and ties inside slot to adjust to any chest size. Neck strap is an easy back neck, adjustable tie with a back middle zipper close. Back top panel (where zipper zips) has an elastic band that is stretchy for movable comfort. ✅ Size 1X, Chest OS (adjustable tie strap), Waist 39”- 40” (stretchy 95% cotton fabric with 5% spandex fabric). Back width (across back where zipper zips on top) adjusts as you tie chest, measures 20”- 20.5” (stretchy elastic and fabric), Length from at strap seam to bottom hem is 37” long.
