margosha13 @bridget0626 I will be happy to measure it for you next time I get to my storage. Unfortunately my apartment is too small to keep all the stuff I set aside for sale, so I boxed it all up and moved all the boxes to the storage space that I rent nearby. From what I remember I would say the pit to pit would be about 19”, because it fit me well and those are my usual measurements. Hope it helps.

bridget0626 @margosha13 thanks for getting back to me. Yeah the bust would work. I’m just concerned about the waist. I have a 35 inch waist so I’m not sure how that compares to what you wear. Thanks for the information I appreciate it.

margosha13 @bridget0626 Ok, I see. I think it will actually fit you because it’s not cut too curvy, it’s more of a boxy cut, so on me the waist was actually loose. I think it’s actually common for Free People styles, they never cut it too close to the skin, it’s always a bit lose and runs a bit larger. I was surprised that a Med fit me because I’m usually a Large. That’s why I have a lot of their dresses, they are never too tight or cut small.

margosha13 @bridget0626 I think you can even see it from the pictures, there’s not much difference in the pit to pit and the waist measurement. And that’s the reason I’m selling actually :) I’m very curvy, my waist is 29-30 max, but I have to have at least 40”-42” inches in the hips, and wearing a belt stole another few inches from the length and made this dress too short for my height of 5’10” and my age 🫣

bridget0626 @margosha13 well unfortunately that’s gonna be the same for me because I’m over 5’10 and that’s gonna probably make it way too short. It’s such a bummer because it’s so pretty.

margosha13 @bridget0626 Plus you won’t need a belt if it fits you well in the waist, which will save you at least 3-4 inches in the length.
