Vintage - Ceramic Heart Plate - Sterling VA. - By Essig 3/98 engraved on reverse

This is a very unique Ceramic crafted plate with Sterling VA. Engraved in the Ceramic on the front side with a Blue Heart Design. The reverse side has Essig 3/98 engraved in it.
