20W Dresstells Sweetheart Chiffon Ruffle Prom Dress, Royal Blue

Size 20W - A wonderful dress! I wore this once for a wedding as a bridesmaid and I love how it flows and twirls! I'm sad to part with it but I hope to find it a good new home. It is made of chiffon so it's a delicate fabric. Some of the seams show some fray and I have included a picture of an example. But it's not noticeable. 100% polyester Recommended dry-clean only.
