Beautiful blouse that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Torso is teal blue color and the fabric is a cotton/linen blend. The balloon style sleeves are cream colored with a variety of floral patterns, elastic wrist, and slightly sheer fabric. Very boho and the colors are fantastic for the transition from Summer to Fall.
