Pittsburgh PA. patent 1892456. ***NON WORKING (mechanics included) Colors, blue and yellow are vibrant. There are some scrapes and tarnish. Stands 13 3/4" tall and stand is 6 1/2" x 4 1/2". NOTE: Mechanics are included, so repair may be an option. Key in back and start stop lever in place. There is a space (separation) that may have been opened at some point but stays in position.
