Black floral dress

Black dress with floral pattern. Double V-neck. Split sleeve. Chiffon overlay, fully lined. And cinched waist. Tulip hem. Excellent condition. Normally knee length on me and perfect for the office, but I tucked the skirt up for a shorter fit in the cover photo.
