sharon102 @617ishome Hello, Yes, it does. Both pockets are mostly sewn closed but can be undone with a seam ripper.

sharon102 @leases Hi, I posted more pictures. Measuring was a bit tricky so here are the rough estimates. While jacket is flat on the floor measuring pit to pit is about 17 - 17 1/2”. From shoulder seam to hem is about 22”. Hope this helps.
