1937 Sterling Serving spoon. Very good condition. Not perfect. Some light scratches from normal use. Hard to photograph with reflection but kind of got a shot. Back side. I have more of this pattern if you are collecting sets let me know. 2.3oz in weight.

@dyrene78 yes of course. I have full place settings. 12-14 pieces each. I’m probably going to sell them for weight but I wanted to offer some replacement pieces if anyone needed them. Forks, dinner and cocktail and salad. Teaspoons ice-tea spoons. Serving spoons, cocktail forks, knives.

@reelaax you’re probably right. Selling one piece at a time would take forever and most people can’t afford/not interested in using sterling silver. It’s beautiful, and a shame to melt it, but that’s pretty much how it is now☹️

@dyrene78 I have 16 ice tea, spoons 16 shrimp forks, 16 salad, forks, 16 dinner forks, 17 teaspoons for serving spoons and nine butter knives. Six tiny spoons, a large serving fork and a scalloped Gumbo spoon.

@dyrene78 well the weight without the knives is almost 8 pounds of sterling. Market would be around $3000. I have the original prices of each item from my grandmother and they cost way more as flat-wear than silver weight. So it is a shame. Honestly I don’t think I would want to sell it all here because of the 20% fee.
