@courtcult Hi, approximately 11 inches elastic waist stretches to approximately 18 inches.

I measured it again and perhaps it stretches to approximately 17:inches. I am trying to be as accurate as I can.

It really stretches quite a bit, it is according to how hard one pulls.

oh, I only measured the waistband across. so the 11 inches would be double for the waist. 22 inches around. The 17 would be 34 inches around. and as my husband held it for me, the 18 would be 36 inches around.
