These feel like wearing slippers and are packable. According to the website, a size 7 is only 5.2 oz. Barefoot running with a zero drop sole and thin insole. Wide toe box accomodates my two odd-sized feet. I love them but they are not cushioned enough for high intensity workouts.

kreela @conlex i’m 😢 sorry I missed your question! I have not used them for running. I tried them on a carpet in my dance room and realized they don’t have any cushioning. The insert is super thin but the outsole has more grip than I need on carpet. So think of the sole as more flexible, but secured on the sides. I like a tight fit. The bottom lugs are designed for grass, not road. Does this answer your question?

kreela @conlex i wear a size 9 boots and size 9.5 Nikes depending upon the style. I wear size 9 Merrells and Vivobarefoot, but size 9.5 merrells to have toe room, If that helps.

kreela Oh, yes, they do. I barely fit in them because my right foot is slightly bigger than a 9. my left foot is 8 3/4 and fits fine. Both feet fit inside with the default insole, but I want more cushioning, and my slightly bigger right foot gets cramped with thicker insoles. Quite beautiful, though, and I keep pulling them out and thinking about keeping them.
