New black and white cabbie hat for women in black and white tweed with beautiful sparkly beaded flower patch. Feels like wool but likely synthetic (acrylic maybe?). Fully lined with elastic back. Super comfortable - I tried it on and it feels like it’s probably a small/ medium size, though it’s not sized. Button on top. Brand new with tags. Questions welcome! 😊
